Liah on the phone forms the core: CHF 250.– a month, and CHF 500.– at setup, once. Each module is added with its own monthly amount and its own setup fee; what you leave out costs you nothing. These amounts are orders of magnitude, excluding VAT; the quote you sign is what counts.

The written chat on your website is a single window: our catalogue lists it under two names, your quote carries only one, and the two are never added together. A module is added or removed in writing with us; an automated test re-reads this page and rejects any amount that would stray from the catalogue.

What is included, what is counted

What the core and the modules cover, and what is added by usage.

Your calls and your minutes for the month can be read in Liah’s log, in your back office.

  • The minutes100 minutes of conversation included each month; beyond that, CHF 0.45 a minute, per started minute and per call, as with your phone provider
  • A very busy monthfor example 150 calls of 3 minutes: 450 minutes, 350 of them beyond, that is CHF 157.50 more on the following month’s invoice; up to 100 minutes, nothing extra
  • The artificial intelligenceincluded for a volume agreed with you; beyond that, a price per credit also agreed: going over the volume does not cut the service
  • Reminders by email and by SMSincluded in the Reminders module, with no per-unit counter
  • Your takingsno commission from us: your clients’ money arrives in your own account, without passing through us; the fees of the payment provider, Stripe, are deducted from each payment at its published rates, and it does not return them when you refund a client

Your invoice, and your freedom to leave

In advance, monthly or yearly; a setup fee paid once; no minimum term.

  • Monthlyone invoice a month, issued in advance for the month ahead, plus the minutes beyond the allowance for the month just ended; payable within 30 days, by bank transfer
  • Yearlytwelve months paid in advance: the year costs exactly twelve times the month, with no discount, and what is paid is not refunded if you leave during the year; minutes beyond the allowance are still invoiced each month
  • The first monththe subscription starts on the first day of the month after both parties have signed the contract; the month already started is free
  • Setupinvoiced once, when both parties have signed the contract, on a separate invoice
  • The commitmentno minimum term; either party may terminate at the end of the period paid in advance, with 30 days’ notice: monthly, you leave at the latest at the end of the following month; yearly, at the end of the year paid for
  • VATthe amounts exclude VAT; if Co-Labs is VAT-registered, VAT at 8.1% is added on the invoice, and your quote says so
  • The signatureyour contract is signed online, through a single-use link and your handwritten signature; your signature is bound, word for word, to the text you read
