Your site, your diary and Liah speak your trade from day one.

Sixteen trades are written one by one. Yours sets the words on your website, the questions asked at booking, the step of your calendar, your menu and your reminders.

One single choice, and everything follows your trade

Each trade has its own entry: its words, its questions, its places, its reminders, what Liah is allowed to say. A word that is your business’s own prevails over the trade’s; a trade not yet written receives a neutral setting, never another’s words.

Your trade has its family, and its page

Five families, by what makes the appointment: the person, the table, the request, the reason or the place.

Open the page for yours.

Your client books the way people book with you

Fourteen trades book by slot: a service, a duration, the person if you leave the choice open. The restaurant books by table: a time, a number of covers. On-site trades (landscaper) start with a request at the address, then a quote; the calendar opens on the day you decide.

By slot

The step follows the trade: a quarter of an hour at the practice, half an hour at the workshop. Treatment room, chair or ramp: when the place is missing, the slot is not displayed, the time to make ready included.

By table

Your lunch and evening services bound the arrivals. A party of four is given the smallest table that seats them, never the first one free.

On request

The garage, the broker and the law firm receive it in a screen made for that; the landscaper adds the zone, the area, a quote line by line. Liah leaves the figure to the quote.

Your words in the menu, your questions at booking

The words

‘Intervention’ and ‘mécanicien·ne’ at the garage, ‘soin’ and ‘patient·e’ at the practice, ‘convive’ in the restaurant — as the product writes them today, in French. The words of your website, your back office and Liah, not one more label.

The questions asked

The vehicle and the number plate at the garage, the animal at the vet, the reason at the practice, the zone at the landscaper. What your client enters goes into her record: her number plate is waiting for you at her next visit.

The menu in your back office

‘Ponts’ at the garage, ‘Fauteuils’ at the dental practice, ‘Plan de salle’ in the restaurant — as the product writes them today, in French. Stock and purchasing disappear in eleven trades out of sixteen: what is of no use to you does not take up your screen.

Your reminders go out on your trade’s dates, and Liah knows your limits

The day before, your client receives a reminder, by email or by SMS depending on the channels connected to your business. Then, with her agreement, the dates that exist only with you — and Liah’s limits, written before the first call.

You tell us your trade, we open up the rest

The demo form carries these sixteen trades: choose yours, and during the call the preview is built with your words. To see Liah at work, Maison Corvel, a fictional barber, is open at any hour: book, talk to her, open its website.

Pending

The words of your trade are written in French; in the other three languages, your website keeps neutral terms. The beauty trades share the same home-page layout, which your photographs and your words set apart. The rest is written on a single page.
