Co-Labs · Trades

For a hair salon, the phone answers for you.

Your words, your way of taking bookings, your menu and your reminders are set for a hair salon: sixteen trades are written, each with its own words, and yours comes first. Here is what you get, exactly as the product does it.

Your name, and yours aloneYour clients see your name, your typeface, your colour; Co-Labs is named only in your legal pages, where the law requires it.

What you offer, at the price you setThe length and the price come from your catalogue; your client also chooses with whom.

Only your genuinely free times are offeredOpening hours, breaks and existing appointments already taken out: nothing is booked twice.

She books on her own, day and nightHer confirmation carries a link to move or cancel — right up to the start of the appointment.

The booking flow follows the words of your trade. It is your words, your services and your rules that change — and the team, lengths and prices on this screen are those the product offers a new business in your trade.

Your trade has its own words, and the product uses them

In your back office, on your website and in what Liah says: the same words as yours.

The vocabulary of your trade is written for you from day one: it replaces the generic words in your screens, in your website’s menu and in Liah’s answers. If another word suits you better, we set it with you.

  • coiffeur·se rather than “practitioner”
  • le salon rather than “the venue”

Your bookings follow the rules of your trade

Your client only answers the questions of your trade: what the booking flow asks her is written for you, no more and no less.

This screen is your website’s, under your name alone; Co-Labs is named there only in your legal pages.

Your website only offers what is genuinely free, and every confirmation carries a link to move or cancel, right up to the appointed time — the details are on the website page.

  • Your client books a slot for the length you give each “prestation”.
  • Your client chooses who will see her.

Your menu shows what you use, and nothing else

Your back office is set for a hair salon: the features you use are there, and nothing you do not need gets in the way — this setting comes from your trade, in the product itself, not merely in your menu.

In your menu

The diary, the client records, Liah and the day-before reminder are there, whatever your trade; for a hair salon, you also find: the online shop, the loyalty programme.

Outside your menu

For a hair salon, your menu leaves out: the quote requests, the bookable treatment rooms, lifts or rooms, the group classes, the subscriptions, the vehicle fleet, the follow-up files, the screen of follow-up reminders at a set date, on-site jobs — these are features your trade does not need. The day-before reminder, for its part, goes out in every trade.

Your reminders, set to your trade

Your reminders are already written for your trade, each with its moment and its channel. The day before each appointment, your client receives hers without you having to think about it, by email or by SMS depending on the channels connected to your business.

  • Rappel la veille1 day before, by email

What we will adjust with you

Your trade has its own ways. Here are the points we go through with you before your launch — said beforehand, not discovered afterwards.

Not yet

Not yet a public demonstration in every trade: the one that exists is a barber’s, Maison Corvel, to try right now — and your own preview, we set up during a call, in your business’s name (“le salon”, as the product calls it). The rest is written on the limits page.

These words are said in French, the language in which the product writes them today. On your website in Italian, German and English, it is the generic labels of each language that are shown.

The trade words, the reminder labels and the booking fields quoted on this page are reproduced exactly as the product writes them today, that is to say in French. Translating them here would suggest that the software says them in your language, which is not yet the case.
