You read us without being tracked: this site sets no cookie.

No banner to accept, because there is nothing to accept. This page says the very little your browser keeps when you read us — two words, and only if you choose them — and how to erase them.

You arrive: no cookie, no tracker

No cookie, no tracker, no call to another domain.

Opening a page of this site sets no cookie and opens no session. What your browser may keep comes down to two words, each born of a gesture of your own — a language, a theme. Everything the page loads, fonts included, comes from co-labs.ch: to read us, your browser speaks to no other domain.

That is also why no banner greets you: a banner warns before a tracker is written, and there is no tracker here to announce.

You choose a language or a theme: two words, on your device

Two settings may be kept, each after a gesture on your part. They live in your browser’s local storage, on your device: they never leave for our servers, and we cannot read them.

The light or dark theme

Written under the name colabs_theme when you press the day/night button. Without it, the site opens in the light theme.

The language

Written under the name colabs_lang when you choose a language in the selector, or when you open an address in Italian, German or English. In French, on arrival, nothing is written: the page’s address decides, not your browser’s language.

You open the demonstration: a real site, a fictional salon

The “Try a booking” button leads to Maison Corvel, a demonstration salon whose banner, at the top of the page, says it is fictional. It keeps a little more than this showcase does, because it does more: your cart, a booking you have started, the fact that you have read its banner, a copy of its styling. Its cookies page names them one by one.

There, you can book an appointment, talk to Liah, fill a cart: it is all written for real at that fictional salon, and what you enter is handled like the request of any client — its legal pages say so.

  • No trackereach entry serves what you are doing: booking, ordering, coming back
  • The navigation markercolabs_nav_seen, in session memory, for the Back button; closing the tab erases it
  • Cookie-free as wellthe client area works with a token kept by your browser, twelve hours at most

You erase everything from your browser, without asking us for anything

Both settings are erased in your browser’s site data, on the co-labs.ch line — the same box as for any other site. Nothing to ask us for: these values have never left your device. Once erased, the site opens in the light theme, and each address in its own language — the French one in French.

The demonstration form, on the other hand, does send us what you write in it — your business, your name, your email and, if you give them, your phone, your trade, your message — never in the page’s address, even without JavaScript. Who reads it and for how long, the privacy policy says.
