Co-Labs · Liah

Hands full? Your client still leaves with her appointment.

Liah answers your line in your business’s name, recognises who is calling, offers your real availability and places the appointment while you work. Every exchange then waits for you, written word for word, in your back office.

Your client is greeted by her first nameShe calls from her number: Liah recognises her and gets straight to her request.

She offers your genuinely free hoursThe ones in your diary, breaks and appointments already deducted.

The appointment is confirmed before it is writtenShe recaps and waits for your client’s yes: what goes into your diary is intended.

You can review everything she didAvailability checked, appointment booked: every action is written in her log.

Even on busy days, she picks up. Past a certain number of calls in a day, she keeps answering another way — your clients never hear the phone ring unanswered.

Your client is recognised by her number and greeted by her first name

The calling number is matched against your client records. A number written 079 in your records and dialled as +41 79 is read as one and the same: your client is recognised, Liah confirms her first name out loud, and the conversation starts from there.

Her upcoming appointments are in front of Liah: your client can move one or cancel it during the call, and the change is written on her record, never on a duplicate.

She offers your genuinely free hours and writes the appointment into your diary

The same diary as yours, re-read at the moment of writing.

Before offering a time, Liah reads your real availability: your hours, your team’s, the duration of the service, the breaks, the blocked periods and what is already taken. She sums up out loud, waits for your client’s yes, then writes the appointment into your diary, marked “AI phone”.

Your client receives her confirmation by email or SMS, depending on the channels connected to your business, and a reminder the day before. You see the bell in your back office: the appointment is there, with the name and the service.

Your number, your trade, your voice

You keep your number: your line is diverted to the one we assign to your business, and the diversion is set with your telephone operator — when nobody answers, on every call, or outside your hours. If you prefer a new line, we provide it and it becomes your public number.

Liah picks up in your business’s name and speaks your trade: the words she expects on the line, the way a service is named, the way the caller is addressed — and, where a mistake is costly, strict instructions: never a firm price without a quote at a garage, never a diagnosis at a dentist’s. And her voice is chosen for your business alone.

You read back everything she has done

Every call is transcribed and filed in Liah’s log, alongside the conversations from your website: who called, when, for how long, what was said, and the actions she took — availability checked, appointment booked, moved or cancelled, product recommended. You read back the exchange without depending on anyone’s memory.

Only the text remains: your client’s voice is never recorded. And the diversion lives with your operator: you switch it on and off whenever you wish.
