You sign knowing what you get, and what comes next.
Everything this site promises you is written in the code and held by a test. The rest lives here: what gets connected with you when you open, what does not exist yet, and how these lines stay true — so that nothing surprises you after signing.
What switches on with you, when your business opens
Your line, your reminders, your payments and Liah’s voice go through an account with a named provider. Your number stays yours and your payment account is in your name; Liah’s engine, her voice, the emails and the SMS go through the platform’s accounts.
As long as a connection is pending, your back office says so: a reminder that should go out is marked “not sent”, never lost in silence; as soon as the account is in place, the following ones go out.
- Your linea number for your business; you keep yours and forward it, or take a new one
- Liah’s voicechosen for your business; in the meantime, a standard synthetic voice
- Liah’s engineone key per business, its usage tracked in your name; without it, a backup receptionist answers everyday questions
- Your reminders by email and SMSmarked “not sent” as long as the sending account is pending
- Your online paymentsa payment account in your name, opened with you
- Your card terminala reader tied to your business alone, tested in simulation
These connections are made with you, when you open; the timetable is set at the moment of getting started.
Your deposits and your card holds: the rule first, the charge afterwards
Today, the rule is shown to your client before she confirms; the amount is not collected online yet. The deposit is written in your Payments screen, as a percentage of the price, and a quote carries its own as an amount, stated in writing.
- Deposita percentage of the price before the confirmation button, an amount on the quote
- Targeted rulesdeposit or card hold per service, amount or client, set from the same screen
- Card holdcards only: TWINT cannot keep a guarantee without taking the money
The card field is not open at booking yet: the deposit remains a notice, and so does the hold.
Your account and your data: what already protects you, what is to come
Your back office opens with an email address and a password. An account targeted by repeated attempts locks itself; a forgotten password is replaced through a link sent to the account.
- Loginemail and password; the targeted account locks after repeated attempts
- Forgotten passworda reset link to the account’s address
- Encryptedyour provider keys, your Google calendar, every backup
No two-factor authentication. The live database’s disk is not encrypted; backups and secrets are. Retention periods do not yet apply on their own: conversations, calls and sending logs are not purged. The data processing agreements remain to be signed, and Co-Labs does not yet have a registered legal entity.
Your figures and your files: today’s limits
Your prices are shown in CHF, VAT included. At payment, the amount is rounded to 5 centimes and VAT is extracted to the centime, shown separately on the receipt. Your client file downloads as CSV, ready for Excel.
- VATthe standard rate, extracted to the centime and shown separately; no VAT if you are not registered for it
- Client file exportname, phone, email, last visit, visits and, for you alone, the total spent
- Ceiling500 records per export, and the screen tells you when it is reached
A single VAT rate for all your sales, with no reduced rate and no rate per line. The client file export stops at 500 records; your sales have their own export, your appointments and your photos stay in their screens.
The invitation to leave a review after a completed appointment comes next.
Your words in French, your website in four languages
Liah speaks and writes in French, on the phone as on your website. Around her, everything follows the person’s language: chat window, website, booking flow and back office exist in four languages, and each of your staff members chooses the one for her screen.
- Liahin French, on the phone and in writing
- Website, booking flow, chat windowFrench, Italian, German, English
- Your back officefour languages, each person’s own
- Your legal pagesin French, and they say so to your clients
Liah’s other languages come next. Your website’s texts are written in a single language, French, as are the labels your trade adds to a client record.
How this page stays true for you
Every promise on this site has its test: an amount that does not come from the catalogue, a number of trades written by hand or a phrase from the banned list makes our checks fail — and nothing goes live while a single one fails.
- Automated testsmore than 3,900, all passed before anything goes live
- Amountsevery published amount is derived from the invoiced catalogue
- Tradescounted from the registry, never written by hand
- Promisesa written list of phrases known to be false; a check refuses any page that reuses one
- “Not yet” blockstheir presence guarded by a test
A test that would turn red when a limit written here has been filled does not exist yet: between two rereadings, a point on this page may already be done. What you do not find here, ask us.
