Co-Labs · The back office
She taps her card: receipt issued, VAT included, appointment done.
Today’s appointment becomes a ticket in a single gesture, the amount appears on the reader, and what your client pays arrives in your business’s account — Co-Labs takes no commission.

Everything lands in your account
A payment account in your business’s name, and the money goes to you.
Your Swiss payment account is opened in your name with the provider. When a client pays, the payment is created directly on that account: the money never passes through Co-Labs. What you pay Co-Labs is the subscription — never a percentage of what you take in.
- Co-Labs commission on the payments you take — none
- Payment accountin your business’s name, one per business
- Card data held by Co-Labsnone: the number stays between the reader and the provider
The amount goes to the reader, you retype nothing
You build the ticket, you click “Send to reader”: the amount appears on the reader sitting on your counter, your client presents her card, and the sale records itself as paid. Nothing to read out, nothing to retype.
The reader shows the amount to be paid by card, to the centime. The tip, you enter on the ticket: your client will never be asked for a second one on the device. A declined card is reported with its reason; you send the same amount again or take payment another way. Cancelling, refunding: from the till.
The reader is paired from your Settings with the code it displays. Until the reader arrives, your current terminal carries on serving: you take the payment and choose “Card”.
VAT is in the price, and your accountant finds it there
The price displayed is the price paid. VAT is extracted from it to the centime.
Your client pays what she read on your price list, and VAT is extracted from the total to the centime, at the standard rate of 8.1%. Rounding to five centimes only touches what is taken in; the tax stays exact, and your receipts add up to the centime on your return. Below the registration threshold? One box in your Settings, and VAT drops to zero everywhere: till, quotes, online shop.

A single gesture, and your day moves on
The day’s appointments are in the till. You tap your client’s: the service and its options fill the ticket at the price sold. You take the payment, and the appointment moves to “done” on its own — its loyalty points credited, if your programme is open.
Cash, card, TWINT
The change to give back works itself out, and a payment can be split into up to four parts — half card, half cash.
Codes, gift cards, vouchers
A promo code reduces the price before VAT; a gift card or a loyalty voucher settles the rest. Your stock on the shelf goes down with the sale.
The receipt, when she asks for it
The receipt opens as a PDF at payment. Later in the day, a right-click on the sale sends it by email, with the invoice in her name.
What you are guaranteed
- One card payment settles one ticket only, even if two tills click at the same instant.
- Your reader is yours, and shows only one amount at a time.
- To the centime, or nothing: if the ticket has changed between sending and the card, nothing is recorded and the till offers the refund.
- An appointment’s loyalty points are credited once only, whichever path is taken.
- Every promise on this page has its test.
