Co-Labs · The back office
In the morning, your diary is already filled by the site and the phone.
One column per person, her hours, her breaks. The website, the phone and the counter write into the same diary. It offers what you have set, not a minute earlier.
Your hours, and everyone’sWho is working, from when to when, and what they have left.
The appointment from the call is already thereTaken over the phone, it placed itself while you were working.
What is left free really is freeYour breaks and your appointments are already deducted from your hours.
Everyone has their own hours, and it showsLaura Marchetti finishes at noon: her afternoon stays hers.
Block out an hour here, and nobody can take it any more. You keep only one diary: the one you see is the one your clients see.
Your hours, and each person’s own
Who is working, from when until when, and what she has left.
Each person on your team has her column, her hours and her break: the diary offers nothing outside them, neither to the website nor to Liah. Whoever links her Google Calendar finds her appointments from here in it; in her column, a “Personal calendar” band, the time without the title.
- One column per personher hours, her break, the services she can carry out
- Personal Google Calendarvisible without its title; the band cannot be removed from the business’s side
- The gridset to the business’s hours, the same from one day to the next
The website, the phone, the counter: everything goes into your diary
Taken on the phone during a colour, the appointment is already there.
Your client books on your website without an account: the service, then — if your trade leaves the choice open — the person, or “no preference”. Another calls: Liah offers a time and writes it into the same diary. A third walks through the door: you book her in at the counter.
Every appointment remembers its door: your website, a link, a QR code, your Google listing, Instagram, the phone, the widget on your current website, your own entry at the counter, or the waiting list. You count what each door brings you.
- On your websitewithout an account, at any hour, within your notice and horizon rules
- On the phoneLiah books the appointment into the same diary; your client moves or cancels it by calling back
- At the counterseveral services in a row, checked in one go
What is left free really is free
Your breaks and your appointments are already deducted from your hours.
On your website as on the phone, the same calculation, on the same diary: the time on the screen is the one Liah says out loud. At the counter, you keep control: the diary warns you of a break or time off.
That calculation knows your trade: the duration of a service is set per person; a colour has its variants and its processing time, during which the colourist can still be booked; then the buffer you set.
When nothing suits her, your client leaves her name on the waiting list. A place opens up: you choose who comes first — or your rule does — and she receives a link of her own.
You drive it with the mouse, a finger or the keyboard
Your day, hour by hour: the current-time line moves along with you.
You take hold of an appointment and drop it elsewhere, you pull on its edge to make it longer, you drag across empty space to block a time range — training, cleaning, closure — for one person or for the whole business. A client says “I was told 14:00”: the log tells you who moved it on your side, and when.
The formats
Calendar or List — your last format is remembered; Day, Week, Month or Year.
The menu
Right-click, or a finger held for half a second: status, to reschedule, view the record, duplicate, block.
The log
Every action taken from your diary keeps its date and its author; never the content of a note.
What you are guaranteed
Every line is held by the code, whichever door the appointment comes through.
- An hour is given only oncethe diary is re-read at the moment of writing
- The time and the name can be readeven on the smallest block of the day
- A moved appointment takes its reminder with it — the day before, at the new time
- A cancelled appointment frees its placereminder withdrawn, waiting list notified
- A completed appointment credits its loyalty points, if you have loyalty — once only
What we will adjust with you
The confirmation goes out straight away — the appointment ready to add to the calendar, a private link to move or cancel it — then the reminder the day before, by email or SMS as soon as your sending account is connected, which we do with you; until then, your booking flow announces what goes out.
The diary and online booking are one module of your quote: the price.
The deposit at booking and the card hold against no-shows; the day-before reminder and the management link play that role. The detail is on the limits page.
