Co-Labs · Liah

You tell us your trade; you open with everything in place.

We set up your space, carry over your services and your photos. Nothing to install, nothing to configure on your own. We start from your current website or from a blank page; you keep control of what changes from week to week.

We set up the rest, and you approve the preview before going live

Five steps, from your form to going live.

It all begins with a form filled in with you. Then we configure your trade, we put in your texts and your photos, we run through the whole journey — booking, reminder, appointment in your diary — and you approve the preview before going live. We are the ones who open your workspace and hand you your access details; your password is changed at your first sign-in.

Your current website is your starting point

Three situations, three paths.

With a website that needs redoing, we read yours, page by page, and we draw three versions from it: yours as it stands, a pared-back one, an editorial one; same texts, same photos, only the treatment changes. And your domain name, if you have one, is connected to your website with us.

You have no website

We build it: your trade chooses the sections and the words, your photos do the rest.

You have one that needs redoing

We read yours, and you choose between three versions.

You have one you are keeping

It stays at its address. We give you the booking form and Liah to paste into it; they answer from your website’s address, the one you declare to us — if it changes, let us know.

Your services, your team and your photos come with you

From your website, we pick up services, prices and durations, team, opening hours, address, social accounts, products, colours, fonts and logo. Your photos are brought across to us, one by one: the day your old website goes dark, yours remain.

Your client file is taken over as a spreadsheet: a first name, a phone number, never the same number twice — the one that recognises your client when she calls.

  • Your servicesprices and durations picked up from your website
  • Your photoscopied to us, in JPEG, PNG or WebP
  • Your clientsone number per person, a preview before anything is written
  • Your appointments already bookedentered one by one in the diary, at the counter

Your first week, with nothing going out by mistake

Your first trials can take place in a sandbox that we open for you: take a payment, send off a reminder, nothing leaves your workspace — no SMS, no email, no online payment. As long as a channel is not connected, every reminder shows as “Not sent” in your list, and the booking page only promises your client a reminder if sending is in place.

  • Updatea holding page in your name; your team carries on working
  • Every nightdata and photos backed up, encrypted, verified

What you look after next, and what we look after for you

What changes from week to week is set in your back office, in four languages. For your website, its page says who writes what.

You

Your opening hours, your time off, your services and their variants, your team, your appointment rules, your promo codes, your loyalty programme, your photos, the language of your screen.

Us

Opening your workspace, taking over your website and your files, connecting your line and your voice, the updates.

You begin with a request, we set up your workspace

Tell us your trade and your business, from the home page: your request is recorded, and a person replies to you within 24 working hours. Going live is confirmed with you.

The core is Liah on the phone; the website, the diary, the shop and the client records are added module by module — the detail is on the pricing page, and your quote is what counts.

Dany, the founder, sets up each workspace himself, one at a time: it is slower, and that is deliberate — few places open at once, and a working product to judge for yourself, rather than a thousand clients to show off.

  • Firsta person replies to you, within 24 working hours, not an automatic receipt
  • Thena workspace in your name, set up before the call: you see your trade, not a slideshow
  • Finallyyou decide; pricing is by quote, it depends on how often your phone rings and what you add to the core
Not yet

Your line, your voice and your sending accounts are connected with us, when you open. What is still to come is written, in one single place, on the page of what we do not do yet.
