Co-Labs · Liah
Your client writes at 22:00. She leaves with her appointment.
The same Liah as on your line, in a window in the corner of your website. She answers questions, reads your diary and puts the appointment in — while you are working, and after closing time.
Hello, I’m Liah, the receptionist at Salon Vuille.
Tomorrow morning I still have 09:00, 10:30 and 11:30.
11:30, that works.
She welcomes in your name, on your siteYour business name, the words of your trade — at any hour.
She offers your free hoursThe ones in your diary, bookable right away.
What your client books is hersEach hour is given only once: the diary is re-read at the moment of writing.
The form is still thereFor those who prefer to write in three fields.
She books, moves, cancels, advises. And nothing else. She takes no payment and never commits on your behalf: what she cannot do, she does not make up.
She welcomes in your name, on your website, at any hour
A discreet window, in the words of your trade.
The window places itself on your website — home, booking, shop, contact. Nothing to install: a “Liah · AI receptionist” button at the bottom of the screen, and the conversation opens.
She introduces herself as the receptionist of your business, with the words of your trade: services, consultations or interventions. Below her first message, starting buttons chosen for your trade — “Réserver une coupe”, “Horaires”, in French like Liah herself — only those that lead somewhere. She is waiting for you at our example salon.

- The switchon or off for your business, set together with us; off, and there is no window on your website
She offers your free hours and writes the appointment into your diary
The same diary as your counter, your phone and your website.
“As soon as possible”: Liah searches your next three weeks and offers the first genuinely free slots, staff member by staff member, with your durations and your breaks. “With Sophie”: she looks at Sophie’s diary — when your trade lets the client choose the person.
A name, a number, the service, the day and the time: the appointment is written into your diary, confirmed, marked “AI assistant”. A client who is signed in has nothing to give again. You read every conversation back in Liah’s log, in your back office.
She searches
The hours come from your diary as it stands. Her questions are answered with a button: the day, the time, “Oui, je confirme” (yes, I confirm).
She writes
In the right person’s column, with the duration of the service. Your counter sees it appear, without reloading the page.
She confirms
A card in the conversation: date, times, service, duration, price, address — and “Add to calendar”, “Move or cancel”.
The form stays there, for your client who would rather click
Three fields, and her confirmation by email or SMS.
At the foot of the window, “Open booking” leads to your booking flow: service, person, slot, then name, phone, email. Her confirmation goes out by email or SMS as soon as your sending account is connected, with the link to move or cancel on her own — and, by email, the calendar file; a reminder follows the day before.
She books as a guest — her details serve this appointment, its confirmation and its reminder, and her visit is entered on her record with you — or she opens her client area with a password as she confirms. In the conversation, Liah offers a link by email instead, where she chooses her password.

What we will adjust with you
Liah on your website is a module of your quote, alongside the “Liah on the phone” core; the artificial intelligence is included in the core, with a volume of calls; beyond that, the quote says so — the detail is on the Pricing page.
Liah writes in French today; the window around her, your website, the booking flow and your back office already read in four languages. Her other languages come next — kept up to date on a single page.
